Kids can start training capoeira as young as 4 years old. Our kids classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm - 6:50pm.

Starting at 13 years old, teen and adults train together on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm - 7:50pm.

Every 2nd Friday of the month, Filhos de Palmares Capoeira Angola hosts a teen and adults roda. It starts at 6pm and is open to the community.

A roda dedicated to our filhos (kids) occurs every 2nd Monday of each month. We hope to see you there.
